The information on this site is provided in good faith, on an "as is" basis, as general information about our products. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but we cannot promise that everything is reliable, complete, current or free of errors at all times. Specifications, pricing and availability can change without notice.
Product descriptions and images
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look different on different screens. Small differences between an image and the item you receive are normal and are not a fault.
Usage guidance is general
Any usage guidance on this site, including which size, width or panel count suits a room, is general guidance rather than advice about your own situation. Measure the space before you order, follow the care instructions so the products last, and read the product page in full before buying anything that fixes to a ceiling or a wall.
Fitting and installation
We supply the products and the fixings that come with them. We do not fit or install anything. Ceiling curtain track and any divider that fixes in place must be fitted to a sound ceiling or wall with fixings suited to what it is made of. If you are not sure, ask a qualified tradesperson before you fit it. Freestanding screens should stand on a level floor.
